Jeffrey H. Strasberg
Jeffrey H. Strasberg was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in November 2010 and has been Chief Financial Officer since May 2007 of Ridgewood Power Management, the Other Power Trusts and the Ridgewood LLCs. Mr. Strasberg has been employed with the Ridgewood group of companies since 1998 and also serves as Chief Financial Officer of Ridgewood Capital Management and Ridgewood Securities Corporation.
Mr. Strasberg has been in CFO roles since 1988, during which time he has raised over $400 million in debt and equity, led M&A transactions of approximately $1 billion and as CFO, took a manufacturing company public. His prior experience also includes being CFO of a $500 million dollar financial services company and corporate officer of a Fortune 500 company where he was responsible for all SEC reporting, including its IPO prospectus. Mr. Strasberg also was an Audit Manager with Price Waterhouse specializing in publicly-traded clients. He is a CPA and a graduate of the University of Florida.
